DESCRIPTION:The lectures of the winter semester 2024/25 officially sta
 rt on October 14th. On this day\, the Faculty of Engineering welcomes 
 all new students and offers information events. The welcome event for 
 the first-semester students in BSc AI will take place on October 14 fr
 om 9:30 am to 11:00 am in H 15 (Hans-Wilhelm-Schüßler-Hörsaal\, Cau
 erstraße 7-9\, 91058 Erlangen). The following program is planned: 9:3
 0 to 9:45 – Presentation of the lecturers involved 9:45 to 10:00 –
  Introduction (Prof. Dr. David Blumenthal) 10:00 to 10:45 – Informat
 ion on organizational topics (Nora Manz\, M.A.) 10:45 to 11:00 – Pre
 sentation of the student assosciation (FSI AI) We recommend all new st
 udents to take advantage of the general offers as well as to participa
 te in the welcome event for the BSc AI. You will receive important inf
 ormation about your degree program (study plan and schedule\, online p
 latforms etc.)\, but also get to know the area\, your fellow students 
 and various people from FAU. We are looking forward to seeing you soon
